Use of logos
The logo of the International Year of Crystallography 2014 is available from this page.
A condition of using the logo is that you let us know about the activity you are planning. Please fill in an IYCr2014 events form or send an email to iycr2014@iucr.org. We will use the information you provide to add your event to the official IYCr2014 Calendar.Organisers of official IYCr2014 events may use the logo:
- on the website advertising the event; please link the logo to http://www.iycr2014.org
- on other materials used to promote the event
Where space permits, please include a statement that the event is organized under the auspices of the International Year of Crystallography 2014.
IYCr2014/UNESCO/IUCr logos |

The IUCr and UNESCO are Partners for the International Year of Crystallography. An IYCr2014/UNESCO/IUCr logo can be downloaded for official events organised under the auspices of the IUCr and UNESCO. Two versions of the logo, horizontal and vertical are available upon request.
If you wish to use this logo, please send a formal request to iycr2014@iucr.org, including any details of the event, the contact person, the website address and the types of documents (leaflets, posters, brochures, panels, etc.) where this logo will be used. A link will be sent for downloading the high-resolution images upon agreement by UNESCO offices. |
Other recommended logos for official IYCr2014 eventsAn IYCr2014/IUCr joint logo is available and recommended for all events on the official IYCr2014 Calendar. Where UNESCO is also a Partner in the event, a special IYCr2014/UNESCO/IUCr joint logo is also available; see below. |

Individual logosAn individual IYCr2014 logo is also available. In this case, we recommend that the IUCr logo be displayed in the list of sponsors or supporting institutions of the event.

Official sponsors of IYCr2014 are allowed to use IYCr2014 logos on their web sites and for other activities related to IYCr2014. Other commercial organisations that wish to use the logos should send a formal request to iycr2014@iucr.org, including any details of the envisaged use of the logo. |
